The staff here is amazing, very helpful and kind. They even made us a special Indian chai one night. The price for the place is great, and the bed was comfortable. Having our own bathroom with towels was a plus, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The location is also quite convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby.
One major downside was the extremely loud music played right outside our windows until 1 am every night. It felt like we were sleeping in the middle of a club.

This hostel is in a prime location, right in the center of Jaffa street, a bustling area with shops and restaurants. It is also conveniently located in front of the tram line, making it easy to explore the city. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the beds are comfortable. the hostel also has a big roof terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.
The breakfast options may be limited, with just basic items like toast, butter, and cheese.

I and part of my family have visited many times the Hostel, in Hotel was now my first time. I and my daughter were very satisfied to everything! The price and location are so excellent that I couldn't hope more! The stuff has been almost every time friendly - specially at reception! My place in Jerusalem is the Jerusalem Hostel or the Little Hotel!
The only minus was one cleaner in Hostel. I was not sure if the breakfast is maybe in dining room or in kitchen. So I asked her. The answer was short: "it`s there". I saw her in a minute and then she was very unfriendly. She was yelling that "don´t you understand it`s in kitchen!" It was totally unnecessary way to answer! Still I´m planning to come with a small group next time already in June. And my choice will be the Little Hotel.

Our stay at a budget accommodation in the heart of the city was a pleasant surprise. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from all the must-see attractions. The friendly atmosphere and clean beds made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Plus, the option to use the kitchen and meet new people was a great bonus. we had a positive experience and would recommend this place for budget-conscious travelers.

Good location to resturants and shopping.
Staff rude, unfriendly, unhelpful. We were there 8 nights, no maid service, refused to even give us clean towels or linens, dirty rooms, we had to go out and buy our own bug insecticide following check-in, air conditioning turned on only four hours daily, hot water only eight hours, advertised breakfast which never existed. Can not recommend to anyone.

Location. Location. Location. Perfectly situated near old city and mehuda market. Near tons of cafes and restaurants. Lovely old charm to the room and our balcony overlooked some cafes which was great for people watching. Very basic amenities, but if you don't plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel, it is really great.
There was no blanket provided, only sheets. The bathroom was very basic with no free shampoos. The breakfast was really skimpy.

jerusalem was even better than my previous visits! the central location, free wifi, and communal kitchen made it a perfect choice for my low budget trip. it truly felt like a second home.
Renovations needed.

Good Points Very clean (old turkish building so quite interesting) Very convenient for shops and old city and visitor centres Staff very helpful.
Bad Points It is very noisy all day and most of the night. The new tram/train runs just outside and on Zion square the young people like to sing and make a lot of noise. You will need ear plugs and it is also advisable to bring your own food as food in Jerusalem is very expensive

The location is the only thing worth mentioning, since the rest of the hotel was a nightmare.
* It's not a hotel, it's a "luxury hostel". Here are some of the things I experienced: 1.- No room cleaning during my five-day stay. Apparently you have to book for seven nights to have it cleaned (?). Have to find a hotel staff to have your towels changed. 2.- The room did not have a cupboard. All clothe had to be put on the bed. 3.- No television (I survived, though). 4.- Tiny bathroom. Shower next to the toilet. No shower curtain so when you shower the toilet and the bathroom gets flooded. 5.- Do-it-youself-breakfast. You have to go to the top floor where you find butter, jam, coffee and milk, prepare breakfast yourself and clean the dishes (???). Fridge stunk! 6.- Some of the staff are quite arrogant (not all of them).
